INTRODUCING DEALER NATIVE

Built in a dealership.
For dealerships.

Dealer Native is one operating system for a John Deere dealership — parts, service, equipment, accounting, payroll, CRM, logistics, IT. It replaces the eight systems you're paying for that still don't talk to each other.

Data. Automation. Visibility. Intelligence. — by Dealers.

The problem

You already know what's broken.

Nobody has to explain this part to you. You've lived it every day since the last conversion.

  • 01

    Eight systems that don't talk

Parts in one. Service in another. Accounting somewhere else. Payroll on a website nobody logs into. Every seam is a place where work goes to die.

  • 02

    Double entry, then triple

The same customer typed three times. The same part number keyed into the DMS and the catalog and the invoice. Somebody's whole afternoon.

  • 03

    Numbers that don't match

The parts report says one thing, the GL says another, and the argument about which one is right takes longer than the fix.

  • 04

Waiting until tomorrow to find out about today

Overnight batch. Morning reports on yesterday's business. Decisions made on numbers that were already stale when they printed.

One system

0 modules. One database. One login.

Not a suite of products that share a logo. One platform where the work order, the part, the invoice and the paycheck are the same record.

Parts

The counter, finally caught up.

Live inventory across every location, pricing tiers that hold, substitutions surfaced before the customer walks, and supplier catalogs searched from the same box.

What it replaces

Cross it off the bill.

One dealer business system takes the place of the software stack you've been paying to hold together.

Example amounts for a mid-sized multi-store dealer. Type your own — nothing here is a quote.

What you'll still pay for

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for email and documents, endpoint security, your internet and network hardware, and anything your OEM provides directly.

We'd rather show you a real number than a bigger one.

Built by dealers

Nobody was coming to fix it.

Dealer Native wasn't written by a software company that flew out, sat in on a few meetings, and went home to build what they thought a dealership does. It was written inside a working John Deere dealership, by the people who run one.

Every screen came out of an argument someone was already having — at the parts counter, in the service write-up, at the desk where the month-end close goes sideways. We got tired of waiting on a vendor roadmap that never had our problems on it.

That's the last letter in the name and the whole reason for the rest of it: Data, Automation, Visibility, Intelligence — by Dealers.

John Deere, native

It speaks Deere out of the box.

Generic dealer software treats John Deere systems as an export file. Dealer Native integrates with them directly, because the people who built it are the people who file the claims.

  • Operations Center

Machine and customer data flows both directions, so what the customer sees and what your team sees is the same picture.

  • JDSC quotes & deals

Build the quote once. Configuration, pricing and the deal move without a second system and a third re-key.

  • Warranty claims & PIPs

Claims and product improvement programs filed from inside the work order they came from, with the evidence attached.

  • John Deere Financial

Financing and account activity connected to the deal and the customer record instead of living in a browser tab.

  • PMLINK parts orders

Order, backorder and receipt status against your live inventory — the counter sees the truth, not last night's copy.

  • Equipment telematics

Hours, alerts and machine health land on the fleet record and can open service work before the phone rings.

Dealer Native is an independent software company. It integrates deeply with John Deere systems; it is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or an official partner of Deere & Company. John Deere and related product names are trademarks of their respective owner.

For your team

Built for the people
who run the dealership.

Parts, service, sales, accounting, logistics — the people who do the work helped build the tool. Dealer Native is designed for the counter, the bay, the office and the field, not for a boardroom demo.

  • Tools from this decade

No green-screen terminal. No four windows open to finish one job. Real software on a real device, in the bay or in the truck.

  • A path you can actually see

Roles, levels and what it takes to move up — visible from day one, not whispered about in the break room.

  • Training that's part of the job

University is built into the platform. Courses and certification for your role, tracked as you go, on the clock.

  • One hub for your whole day

Schedule, pay, benefits, time off, tickets and training in one place — not five portals and an email to HR.

  • Built by the people who use it

This is a dealership writing its own software. If something's broken, the person who can fix it is on the same floor.

Placeholder — team impact

A real story from a parts counter, service bay or office will go here. This block stays empty until we have a genuine quote from the team using Dealer Native.

What's coming

It ships in order. Not all at once.

We'd rather tell you what's real today than promise everything by spring. Check back — this page moves.

Placeholder — dealer proof

Dealer quotes, store counts and results will live here once they're real and we have permission to print them. We're not making any up.

already being built.

For your team

Give them something that works.

Your best people leave because they're fighting software. Dealer Native is built by the same people who use it, so the counter, the bay and the office finally get tools worth showing up for.
